Time and Alternative Outcomes

When I "see the future" in consultations, I'm forever reminding clients that the "sneak peek" of a potential, positive moment is existing beyond time as a result of wise, conscious choices that will have been made in the present. Different choices will, of course, create other alternate pathways.

This quote from Greg Braden says it all:

Retreating to the Monastary

Q: Louise, I recently looked into entering a monastery in Nova Scotia, but it's too cold up there, I couldn't take my dog, and I have to be a year younger than my age to be a resident. I do believe it's time to 'put on the robes' and search for where I should place myself to break this block I feel at my current location.

Inside Edge

There are events in the past that serve as markers for certain turning points in my life, and some that have influenced all of our lives. In preparing to notify clients about my return engagement at the Inside Edge in Irvine, CA — Friday, October 7th — I dug up photos from my three previous engagements there.

Why You Should Take Your Demons to Lunch

It's very seductive for me to embrace my own point of view as absolute truth. Watching the news channel that favors my political and spiritual spin elevates my Edith Ego and leaves her feeling triumphant, particularly when commentaries confirm how absolutely wrong "they" are — and how obviously, unmistakably right — I am. Alas, I can't say that those feelings trump the calmer sense of unity and compassion that fills me, when I remind myself that the way I see things — is not who I am.

Here's a an article that offers a great exercise on this subject:

Double Vision — and What Apprentices "See!"

Here's a great article on intuition, one that helps explain some anomalies that occur in my work with apprentices. One in particular relates to something I've observed when I conduct remote viewing exercises over the phone and computer.

I find that when I "send" (transmit) a specific image to the apprentice, one that I'm intentionally focused on, the scope of the information that the he/she receives extends way beyond any visual impressions that they might have intuited from the picture. They pick up on the smallest details that they couldn't possibly have known.

How to Love More by Caring Less: by Martha Beck

I really like Martha Beck's writing and counseling style. This article explores a very practical definition of (and application for) "unconditional love."

How do you get your nearest and dearest to change their behavior? Simple: Stop giving a damn what they do, says Martha Beck.

Through the Wormhole: Exploring Consciousness

This is a great series on the Science Channel, particularly this current 2nd season. I'm somewhat dubious that science will ever succeed in quantifiably defining the soul — but I sure enjoy learning about the attempts! Upcoming episode: "Does Time Really Exist?" Yeaah.....

Brave New Right-Brained World Ahead!

A Whole New Mind: Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future presents ideas that are so relevant to the cause of yielding (and expanding) our right-brain, intuitive sensings!

Here's a review:

This looks like fun!

“Spirited” is an Australian television drama series made for subscription television channel W. It is produced by John Edwards, Claudia Karvan and Jacqeline Perske who also created drama series Love My Way. It is directed by Stuart McDonald and Jessica Hobbs.

Remote Viewing ("RV")

Years ago, I met Dale Graff, a physicist and former Director of Project STARGATE, the government program that investigated remote viewing phenomena in the 70s. We were both speakers on an "Inner Journey Voyage" cruise ship.

I was delighted to learn that a few of my own observations, gleaned from my intuition work with apprentices in the IAP jived with a some of Dale's much more scientific, sophisticated discoveries in "RV" — remote viewing. I decided to include this as one of the exercises in the Intuition Advancement Series.
